REVAMP, now it's time for July

Hello Echo Ledge Followers, we have revamped this log to make it more user friendly, to have people engage more and most important to keep you updated. Please follow the links on the left hand side of the page to visit our sites for specific types of projects.

Right - now it' time for JULY.

So we are more than half way through the year and Echo Ledge have barely noticed, it's flown by too quickly. July holds a lot of post (production) but there are a few shoots scheduled as well; a corporate training video and a (hopefully) some viral marketing. I'm off to spread the Echo in Praha (Prague) so we're going global now and when I get back we will wrap post production on the latest music videos; DIe Sasoen Na Somer, Liberty Attain and Kyle Petersen. I know everyone involved is looking forward to the final products. Then at the end of the month its D-DAY and we find out about the MK MVP competition, hold your thumbs and toes for us people, with two entries in, we hope we land at least one.

I will let you know what happens but other wise explore the new blog and tell me what you think.

MacGyver Knife

MacGyver Knife's Why You Mean music video will be out soon on MK.

Filmed by Echo Ledge Productions and Directed by Matthew Griffiths the video was shot mainly in reverse to create a visual feast onscreen. The band are hard at work finishing their EP Release and we are told Why You Mean will be released as the first single.

Farm at the Oude Libertas Theatre

FARM

Will be screened at the Oude Libertas Theatre in Stellenbosch on the 6th of August at 6pm.

All are welcome. Tickets are R20 (pay at the door).

Thanks to all of those who supported us at the Labia.

We have a bottle of Roodeberg Red wine and a DVD up for raffle. Tickets are available at the screening or call 082 96 96 359 to buy a ticket and be entered into the draw on the 6th! Tickets are R10.

FARM

Farm was, after a lengthy pre-production, finally filmed and wrapped on 15th April. Shooting took place in Vermaaklikheid and at the Nagenoeg farm in Stellenbosch. Thanks to some amazing contributions from the team and outsiders the film is finally coming to life in our proverbial basement (Post-Production is taking place as you read).
